How Booking Works
Booking on PR1AS is simple and transparent. Below is each step from finding a worker to completing a service, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step by Step
- 1
Find a service or worker
Browse services or worker profiles, compare ratings, prices and availability, then open the profile you are interested in.
- 2
Send a booking request
Choose your appointment time, describe what you need and submit the request. Your booking is created with the status "Pending" while it awaits the worker's response.
- 3
Worker confirms or declines
The worker reviews your request and either confirms or declines it. Requests that are not responded to within the allowed time automatically expire, so you are never left waiting indefinitely.
- 4
Service is carried out
Once confirmed, the booking moves to "In Progress". You and the worker coordinate directly to complete the work as agreed.
- 5
Confirm completion
When the work is done, the worker marks it finished and the booking moves to "Waiting for acceptance". You review the result and confirm to mark it "Completed".
- 6
Leave a review
After completion, share your rating and feedback. Reviews help other clients choose and help good workers stand out.
Good to Know Before You Book
Earliest booking
At least 2 hours before the start time.
Latest booking
Up to 30 days in advance.
Service duration
From 1 hour up to 24 hours.
Worker confirmation deadline
Workers confirm no later than 6 hours before the start. For short-notice bookings they have 60 minutes to confirm, otherwise the request expires automatically.
Cancellation Policy
How cancellation works depends on the booking status and timing:
Cancelling while "Pending"
Free of charge and affects no one — the worker has not committed to the slot yet.
Early cancellation (more than 24 hours before start)
No reputation penalty. You can cancel a confirmed booking freely within this window.
Late cancellation (within 24 hours of start)
If the worker had already confirmed, cancelling late reduces your reputation score.
After the service has started ("In Progress")
The booking can no longer be cancelled unilaterally. Any issue must go through a complaint so an admin can review it.
Worker cancellation
If a worker cancels a confirmed booking, their reputation score is reduced.
After a service is completed, you have 3 days to open a complaint. Once that window passes, the result is considered accepted and can no longer be disputed.
About Payment
PR1AS connects clients and workers but does not hold payment on your behalf. Pricing and payment for each booking are arranged directly between you and the worker. Always agree on the price and terms before the service begins.
